Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with SpamSmacker. If you’re not happy with your paid subscription, we offer refunds under the terms below.
Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription payment or renewal. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@spamsmacker.dev with:
- The email address associated with your SpamSmacker account
- Your subscription ID (found in your Dashboard → Settings → Billing)
- A brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund (optional, but helpful)
Processing
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made more than 14 days after payment
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Accounts terminated for abuse or fraudulent activity
- Partial months — we do not pro-rate refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
Downgrading
Instead of requesting a refund, you can downgrade to the Free plan at any time. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you’ll switch to the Free tier with no further charges.
